LOS ANGELES, CA (August 26, 2026) – FM2 & Intentional have officially entered an exciting new chapter, becoming the first act signed to Emerge, the newly formed subsidiary of legendary gospel music label Tyscot Records.
The historic signing was celebrated during Tyscot Records’ post-Stellar Awards pre-show party in Charlotte, North Carolina. During the event, Tyscot President Dr. Leonard Scott personally presented FM2, fellow label mates and members of the media with commemorative Tyscot medals, symbolizing their connection to the label’s enduring legacy and promising future.
The celebration was one of several major moments for FM2, led by Freddie Moore II, during Stellar Awards weekend. FM2 walked the Stellar Awards red carpet, spoke with numerous media outlets and connected with several of the gospel music icons who have inspired his journey.
Adding to the momentum, FM2 & Intentional’s latest release, “I Survived,” featuring Tyscot label mate Ruth La’Ontra, officially arrived at gospel radio ahead of Stellar Awards weekend. The inspiring single delivers a powerful message of faith, perseverance and victory for anyone who has endured life’s most difficult seasons.
The group’s growing national presence will continue on Friday, September 4, when FM2 appears on the nationally syndicated Get Up! Mornings with Erica Campbell. The appearance will give listeners an opportunity to learn more about Freddie Moore II, the formation and ministry of FM2 & Intentional, and this groundbreaking partnership with Tyscot Records and Emerge.
