Motown Gospel also had a notable showing at the 48th Annual Dove Awards last week. Cobbs Leonard co-hosted the program with Kari Jobe, and performed the beautiful worship single, “Gracefully Broken,” with Matt Redman to rave reviews. In addition, popular singer, VaShawn Mitchell won his first Dove Award as an artist for the hit single, “Joy,”from the #1 album SECRET PLACE: Live In South Africa. Mitchell previously won two Dove Awards as producer of Tasha Cobbs Leonard’s freshman album GRACE.
Showing no signs of slowing down, Motown Gospel is already planning a solid year of new releases in 2018, including the highly-anticipated new album from GRAMMY®-nominated recording artist Brian Courtney Wilson and the Motown Gospel debut of popular singer Lexi.
