“Hallelujah” singer Joy Enriquez’ timely and meaningful first video and single from the newly formed Lifestyle Music Group (LMG) label, topped 1 million views in just 24 hours of the release.
The release marked the first formal venture into the gospel and Christian music industry, distributed through Capitol Christian Music Group. “Hallelujah”released on May 5th on iTunes. and isproduced by Joy Enriquez’ husband Rodney“Darkchild” Jerkins, and features Lindsey Stirling, the young, classical violinist and phenom whose electronic big beats has led to sold out world tours. “Hallelujah”released during Cinco de Mayo and Mothers Day, which celebrated the singer’s Hispanic heritage and tribute to being a mother. A full album will follow later this year.

“With all the current events happening in our world today, it’s more evident than ever that our Saviour, Jesus Christ is soon to return. ‘Hallelujah’ was inspired by God’s promises of His return and expresses my excitement of being in His presence! I love knowing when we put God first, everything falls in place,” Joy said.
Special Mother’s Day Weekend performances were arranged at the Faith Community Church, 1211 E. Badillo, West Covina, Ca 91790 and took place on Saturday, May 9th at 6:30 p.m., followed by three services, Sunday, May 10th, at 8:30 a.m., 10:15 p.m and noon.
Joy performed “Hallelujah” and was interviewed on TBN’s JUCE TV Telethon/fundraiser, Wednesday, May 20th.
