Home Gospel Music News Gospel Singer Releases Anti-Gun Violence Song

Brooklyn, NY. – Almost every day our nation is being rocked with another shooting. Another murder. Another killing. “There’s a war going in our streets, and something must be done about it,” warned Gospel singer, Lady Peachena. She wrote and recorded “Not Another Child” with her church’s children’s choir, Love Fellowship Tabernacle’s Kingdom Kid’s Choir, after Andrell Daron Napper, (a 21-year old church member) was shot and killed while waiting for his cousin at the Marcy Projects in Brooklyn, NY, in 2006.

With a go-ahead from her pastor, the renowned Bishop Hezekiah Walker of “Every Praise” fame, from Geoffrey Davis, New York State Committee Leader of the 43rd District of Brooklyn, NY, and the late Andrell’s mother, Mrs. Oresa Napper-Williams, Lady Peachena, will be releasing “Not Another Child,” as a CD single on November 16, 2015, in hopes of persuading youth and adults not to resort to violence when there’s a misunderstanding, or a conflict. “Not Another Child” features Jeniyah Eure, Lady Peachena’s granddaughter singing a mournful plea at the beginning of the song.  “Not Another Child” can be downloaded now on Lady Peachena’s “Divine Revelation” album at: www.cdbaby.com/ladypeachena3.

Starting November 16th, this song will be available on: www.itunes.com, www.amazon.com, and all over the Internet. If your radio station is not playing this song, call in and request it for Not Another Child should be killed by gun violence. Let’s fight back and speak Life for our children!
