On Sunday, June 12, 2011 at 6PM, Bishop Hezekiah Xzavier Walker, Jr. will be elevated from Bishop of Covenant Keepers International to Presiding Prelate over the entire Pentecostal Churches of Jesus Christ Organization. For over 15 years that title was bestowed upon Bishop Kenneth Herbert Moales, Sr. until his untimely passing in September 2010, one day shy of his 65th birthday.

“There is no better person to take the mantle than you. You are a complete replica of Bishop Kenneth Moales”, said an emotional Vickie Winans upon hearing the news at the Praise 103.9 Inspiration and Music Conference in Philadelphia. Just four short years ago Bishop Walker was elevated from Overseer to Bishop at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit in Bridgeport, Connecticut and this elevation will take place at the same edifice.

Thousands are expected to be in attendance at the services in June as there will be a plethora of apostles, archbishops, bishops, pastors, delegated officials and church members in attendance.
