Root: I was looking thru your bio and I see that you have been involved with hip- hop for a while. How did you get involved with Christian hip- hop?

T- Dogg: I got in trouble with the law two years ago. I used to work with Trick Daddy, Lil Wayne, Jagged Edge and Rick Ross. When I got into that incident I wanted top do music that would glorify God for bringing me out of my situation.

Root: Who are you influenced by in the Hip- Hop game?

T- Dogg: I like Canton Jones. We are both from the same place and I like him because he is very versatile.

Root: I like to call him the “R. Kelly of Gospel”.

T- Dogg: Yeah exactly!

Root: I like your single, “Wait For My Lord” with the Guy, “Piece of My Love” sample.

T- Dogg: When people hear it they can’t believe we took it back like that!
