LAS VEGAS –– Brand Maverick Entertainment (BME) president and event creator, Steve Jones, moderated a conversation with Ten (10) time GRAMMY winner Kirk Franklin at the sixth installment of The Hollywood Confidential on Friday, March 24, 2017 at the The Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas, which took place during the 32nd Annual The Stellar Awards Weekend.
Powered by RCA Inspiration and sponsored by Walgreens, the panel focused on longevity, maintaining relevancy and having staying power in Hollywood and specifically within the Gospel Music Industry.
Highlights of the evening included special appearances from actors David Mann and Tamela Mann (Tyler Perry’s “Meet The Browns”) and singer Erica Campbell (WeTV’s “Mary Mary”). Additionally, Kirk Franklin was presented with the ICON Award from Walgreens, while David Mann and Tamela Mann were presented with Trailblazer Award for their contribution to positive diverse images within TV and Film.
